It's not astonishing that you ask this question, dear. You're right, I'm a foreigner (with a lot of affection for many Indians I got to know in Germany, England, France, Netherland, Austria, Switzerland...and Mumbai). I know a lot about history and what dictatorial systems can do - mostly in a very negative way - to a country. I saw the change in India since Modi made his dream come true to become the PM...and I also see the devide here in certain parts of the forum...that goes against my understanding of (and wish for) humanity...so I voice it.

The industry finally got it that a high budget decreases the possibility of getting a 'hit' (even when referring to a worldwide gross business)... but they certainly will find a way to declare the right budget later because of tax-declaration...or they get dirty money to wash it...

I don't have something against fictionalizing historical events, but Kesari 2 is hailed as historically relevant which it isn't except using the massacre and some names.

The first to make the massacre very publicly known was the Hunter Commission lead by order of the British Empire because England was shocked about the massacre including high profile politicians (like Churchill e.g.) and condemned it.
