It's not necessary for Salman Khan to switch to comedies, all he needs to do is to start taking age appropriate roles with a gripping storyline from any good director. He has potential enough to do more movies like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, even in Tere Naam movie during his earlier days, he did a great job. Probably every time when he chose scripts like that where he actually 'acted' and showed his skills, he most likely expected that he would get awards like Filmfare for those performances, so in the end he became demotivated every time and now keeps deluding himself thinking that audience will accept him the most only if he keeps doing these actions and Masala films.

What “potential” are we even talking about? Bro walks like a deflated rubber duck. The exact opposite of potential.

Bhai has so much potential but he is so much in denial mode that he has gone into some other kind of trance where he thinks by just standing in a song will get him applauds again like he use to get during 2010s era.

Stardom itna ke sambhale nahi sambhalta, but he is just hell bent in destroying it. Na hi films he is picking correctly, if he is making the film, he isn't even trying to give his best.

As a fan, we are now fedup of his lazy attitude, he is acting as it doesn't affect him, he is like he can do anything & ppl will still love him for that. Bas bhai, weight dekho apna, bc gaindey jaise body bana ke you are doing action third class.

He can do comedy film, agar nahi hota movement, films which don't require action. Bas ek hi cheez dimaag mein daal rakhi hai ke fans like him to play larger than life characters.

The last film he did give his best was Tiger Zinda Hai back in 2017, uske baad se bas he is delivering trash only. Jayega Stardom iss ignorance se.

What all you guys think, does Salman need to re-invent himself?

He is old and irrelevant now. Salman was never serious about his career. He was hung up on showing his body and affairs in the 90’s. Isn’t this post coming 20 years to late?

All those bashing threads just on the base of some promotional material become increasingly boring...

That even an alleged Salman fan iniciated this bashing without having watched the whole movie, is quite questionable to me.

I agree on his repetitive and lack fresh stories. It’s like the same old formula over and over again, and it’s just not exciting anymore.

As long as people r casting him, he will continue. He doesn't like dark comedies or grey roles i guess. He likes to do only roles with less romance also.

Tiger series was a bit grey not much as he was against the govt.

Maybe he is fed up too. Isiliye focusing on making quick money before retiring.
