It's interesting how for nadaaniyan he hasn't given any promotional interviews.

Ibrahim hasn't given any interviews actually, and the reason is becoming quite clear now, it's because he doesn't want to reveal that he has a lisp.

Even this video was uploaded by one of his friends who then deleted it

Is it really necessary to post videos about someone’s health issue when he isn’t comfortable sharing it ?

Probably should respect privacy of any individual irrespective of their success or failure.

I didn't post the video, one of ibrahims friends posted it for ibrahims bday, and this is just a discussions as to why ibrahim dubbed his voice in nadaanyan, and that is to hide his lisp.

because ibrahim is an actor it will be very difficult for him to hide the lisp, he can't avoid doing interviews forever.

There is nothing wrong with having lisp, in the video ibrahim sounds fine with the lisp, and tbh he should embrace it and just use his normal voice, he has nothing to be embarrassed about

Look at the title of your post. You don’t even know for sure that was the reason for dubbing or non appearance on talk shows .

You don't owe anything to anyone and you have certainly not done anything wrong

I kind of like his real voice and even that slightest and very subtle lisp, he sounds kinda cute with it.

I think Ibrahim is a very very naive child and needs a lot of maturity and growing up.

You have a point. But Hrithik had stuttering too, along with some other health concerns. He put in real effort and it reflected. With Ibrahim it is looking like he just came on sets believing technology and his director will take care of his work for him. And then talking like a chhapari goon to a random stranger. If he gave even a little bit of something worth appreciating, he would be lauded for overcoming his challenges. If he is being mocked, he himself is responsible...and he isn't mocked for his lisp, he us mocked for a pathetic performance.
