I feel like the KWK episode did the most damage to Ranveer, more than anything else. He was greatly appreciated as Rocky, everyone said he was the best part about the movie. It was a good comeback for him as an actor after the debacle of Cirkus. If Animal hadn't come out the same year(in which Ranbir was phenomenal), he would have stood out more as one of the top performers of the year. Plus the attention shifted from Rocky to Rani, when she won the Filmfare. Now all people remember or talk about the movie is her undeserved win.

I am glad he has toned down his antics, now waiting for him to get back in the game. It will be too unfortunate if his talent goes to waste.

Saying all those mysoginistic things and then using ranbirs image of his animal character as an example, and then people say movies don't influence people Since animal there has been a big increase in these mysoginistic things being said on social media and being labelled as 'cool', its absolutely dreadful

So far Vanga got desperate for hit stars and manipulated them to do whatever he wanted them to.. to get those big hits. He made RK lie naked on a women's crotch for what? Just like directors treat starlets..His wish.. nothing else.

Now he will go mainstream. No one needs validation as much as Vanga does. He will want the respect SRR, Prashat Neel get. He is a shrewd man and will get it.

Prabhas, Allu don't need Vanga. Vanga will do what he is told to do.and let me tell you, he will be very happy to do it. Everyone compromises in the beginning of their career. The new Vanga will surprise you. You know the directors,who have made films on strong women in BW. Some are the worst predators.

I do not think Vanga can convince Prabhas or Bunny for the nudity and the type of bedroom scene he showed in animal. Shock value will be there for sure, but given the mass adulation both Prabhas and Arjun gets without Vanga, it shall be his creativity to try anything remotely shocking with these actors. In Pushpa, Pushpa is cringe and everything but he hails his wife almost in every scene, the USP is even a coolie knows how to treat the wife, so shall someone from Harvard return shall.

Prabhas, Allu all need Vanga...Vanga need them vice versa...This is not an ethics competition..This is number game...He will get it evntually, he doesn't need validation, he is an egoistic person who relishes triggering feminists,liberals etc...He enjoys when he is the center of discussion...He will continue to do his ''shock scenes'' with every hero..Because thats what worked for him, he will not leave it...

Ranbir some bad guy, enjoy doing certain scenes,While Prabhas, Allu decent guys who never do such scenes,they had done enough items songs in telugu to prove otherwise, also Prabhas, nude scene in Bahubali1 , he might go one step ahead in a Vanga movie, thats it...I don't see any difference between the so called superstars...their attitude, general behaviour don't define the characters portrayed on the movies...Money talks and they will do whatever money ask them to do...

Taran has become - in my eyes - an opportunist (like so many other media people)...

as for Karan, I'd the feeling that he genuinely liked Ranveer but - with his own mindset - tried to explore a certain daring side Ranveer has. I also think that his affection for Alia (and his liking for his gossip-buddy Ranbir) clouded his decision making as well as his idea to got chosen by some friends as star-maker. The KWK episode with Ranveer-Deepika revieled - to me - a destructive side of Karan I suspected before (and I bet, others equally noticed).

It's not easy to shed the negativity thrown at you and also get aware whose praising words are genuine and not for exploiting you. SRK once called himself a "jester" referring to his way to entertain people on a surface level... Ranveer gets labeled as a "joker" and he definitely is it as an entertainer - on the surface level. Imo, he is the closest to SRK from his generation...a good actor and entertainer - in his own way.
