Is there anything wrong with making money? I for one found her very refreshing in Jawan.

I think she was trying to follow the texbook of deliver hits and stay relevant, but she was terrible in Pathaan and Fighter so I think it didnt help.

Also - I will never understand how this woman had zero chemistry with Hrithik, Even Esha Deol and Amisha Patel have chemistry with him.....I just don't get it.

She really believed in the script & saw tremendous scope to showcase her acting prowess. She didn't do it for money, visibility or hits.

The romantic angle in Fighter shouldn't have happened, imo. Even in the story-line, it didn't make sense. Yet Deepika was good in all other aspects.

Apart from that, just knowing how Deepika works, her investment in the roles has nothing to do with the money she gets... she's indeed a dedicated actress (as for Pathaan, I don't know who would have done such a good job as Rubai/Dr. Rubina ).
