It does look like two completely different people. Has she ever been asked about this in interviews? What does she say?

It does look like once she made these changes she stopped. I don’t think she’s done anything recently nor is she regularly getting work done out of insecurity. And if we are being honest it did help her career a lot. She was just a character actor getting smaller roles and going unnoticed. But her new look is definitely getting her a lot of attention which is helping showcase her talent which is in turn helping her career.

But yes, the Aditi of Heeramandi is not Aditi of Delhi 6.

I agree, she had to do what was needed to get more noticed and more work in the industry, and as sad as it is, the more good looking you are in the industry the more opportunities you tend to get, especially when its about actresses. The way aditi looked before would not have got her the work she is getting now, for example like Heeramandi.

She looks like Shakti Mohan in before' images.

I dont find her pretty either before or after.

Same is the case with Dia Mirza...never found her pretty or stunning somehow unlike the majority.

Aditi should give out her surgeon's number to BW in public interest. The work she Haas gotten is the best I have seen in BW celebs (among a few others)

Her forehead looks weird now. The old nose was a ermm well it needed fixing but otherwise she looked pretty. It's weird how far she's gone to look like Audrey Hepburn.

..........

" I've grown accustomed to her face ".........
