he said somewhere that his father is muslim , his mother is (i suppose hindu) and i am a human .....and secondly he worship other Gods too i mean he do pooja as well ....so by islamic definition anyone who worship other gods are expelled from muslim category .....so i am preety sure salman is atheist he do muslim worship and as well as pooja worship thing too ...to maintain the balance which is fair enough as far as his personal liking goes..... but u said he is religious so in islamic teaching there is no if's and but's ....there is a straight rule anyone who worship any other God except Allah is expelled and no longer can be called as muslim ....
