They were really friendly hugs. Nothing intimate! Friendly greetings/hugs are way different from flirtation. It is just someone being polite and acknowledging your presence. The only person he did not hug ironically was Rahul Modi. Maybe because he was meeting him for the first time and there was no comfort level between them yet.
