It’s arguable who is more talented, who is better looking, who has better screen-presence & who dances better, you can argue about all of that.

But you cannot argue that RS is legitimately, as of TODAY, a bigger star than RK. Those are just facts so let’s not. Like RK as much as you do, even I like him as an actor a lot, but he isn’t a bigger star than RS.

I can't even imagine Ranveer playing Ranbir's role in Animal. 🤷

It's correct that men went to watch Animal for ill famed Vanga. It's another matter that they say Ranbir acted well. But there is hardly any dialogue or scene they want to really talk about. So where is the star power? The movie fizzles out after a watch. More than Rashmika, the talk is of Tripti. Actually she benefitted the most 😆

Ranbir's best work in acting is still Rajneeti and Sanju.

Ranveer is choosing bad scripts. He needs to stop his buffoonery to be taken seriously. Could he have done Animal, yes but to give that stoned look which comes naturally to Ranbir, he would have to work harder.

Point is there are countless petty ways to bash actors you're not a fan of, and this is just one of those gems. Especially after the smashing success of Animal, why kick another actor when they're down in the slump? Basking in the “glory” of animal ain’t cutting it for some eh.

Sssh don’t state facts. It affects the people who are on cheap drugs.

People are in forever denial mode

Ranbir and Ranveer are pr driven stars.

They do not have a mass following. They are okay actors but require good directors to mould them.

Animal opened because of Vanga, trailer and the music.

Now stars do not open movies. It has become more of director+trailer and music.

A Pathan and Jawan opened because of music+trailer while if it was just SRK , Dunki could have opened too. Plus huge or and corporate.

Gadar2 was massive and had no corporate or tbh even much of pr.

The fact is that irrespective of your star status it is the music, type of film and trailer which is bringing the audience

If you go by just opening than Prabhas definitely has opened big since Bahubali 2 also the fact that all crashed on day 2. But the fact remains that in pan India all the films have opened because of him.

Salaar was the only one where they added KGF maker and Baahubali star.

The hysteria that Prabhas created post Baahubali pan India, if he maintained himself and did good films he really would have been elsewhere with his presence and Sharad voice in Hindi
