If you are stressed, remember that you have whole day tomorrow to think about your stress and work on it, so better to sleep now. Secondly give your thoughts a pause. Now how you do that? You gotta read some boring stuff at night (not on phone) or you can read anything that is peaceful or some sleep audio story.

Know what is disturbing your sleep.

Or play chess.

I missed Maths and Physics since so long since I chose Medicine, If I have next janam I will choose Maths and physics through out my career, I loove those subjects so I would not even realize my time if I start reading about Thermodynamics, sleeping toh door ki baat.. Sleep would run away! smiley36

I ended up blabbering a long essay bcz I really couldn't stop myself from gushing about my favourite subjects 🤩

Omg...maths & physics were torture for me smiley38

Keep phone away atleast 1-2 hours before sleep

And if you have to use it, keep the phone on reading mode in evening hours.

Check on your magnesium levels, magnesium deficiency is mostly related sleeping problems.

Also reading before sleep improves the quality of sleep. It has helped me a lot.

One professional psychological trick is to not eat anything 90 minutes prior to bedtime, get into bed, switch off the lights, get rod of your phone, and force yourself to stay awake. The more you force yourself to stay awake, the more your sleep anxiety will recede and your sleep will be peaceful.

Gosh I'm not sure what made me sleepless now, whether it's my overusage of phone screen from evening looking at Raha or is it big puzzle/question about what is suspension even meant in Indiaforum.smiley29.I know hibernation, ban.. Yeh suspension kya hota hai idk.smiley29

Actually I googled "suspension in Indiaforum" but I got nothing there except that it showed "no such thing exists" smiley37
