Read a few pages of Kresnick and Halliday physics text or Kreyzig math book. That'll knock you out for the night. smiley36Or watch some old farts on Ted Talks. Those guys can really blabber. Try these nuskas, you'll be sleeping like kumbhkaran in no time.smiley17smiley36

I started low carb diet and removed myself from toxic environment. A lot was going on. I started listening music that calmed me down. From ocean wave sound to bird, nature to rain drops. It helps. Check if you are any vitamins or minerals deficient. Journal helps too. Milk with Tumeric helps. I enjoy watching Ted Talks speeches. Vitamin B and D also part of it. I take supplements, a good fluffy pillow helps too.

Logoff IF. Find or read a textbook. You will feel sleepy instantly as soon as you start reading.

Physics and Maths were my most favourite subjects since my childhood, and easiest too. Thermodynamics was one of my favourite chapters in Physics during my Bi.P.C, I loved solving Thermodynamics problems during those days. As I love nature and physics , solving physics questions or solutions sitting under a tree looking at nature was one of my favourite activity in those days. I missed Maths and Physics since so long since I chose Medicine, If I have next janam I will choose Maths and physics through out my career, I loove those subjects so I would not even realize my time if I start reading about Thermodynamics, sleeping toh door ki baat.. Sleep would run away! smiley36

I ended up blabbering a long essay bcz I really couldn't stop myself from gushing about my favourite subjects 🤩

Do you still keeping waking up? You don't have to answer these questions on IF, but ask yourself why do you keep waking up. You likely know the reason and once you know the reason you can figue out a solution, if you don't know the reason, then perhaps reach out to your doctor if you haven't already.
