It performed much better then Zara Hatke Zara Bachke did on its first three days ! Zara Hatke Zara Bachke never hit double digits! If that film can get 88 crore domestically. I pretty sure Sam Bahudar will at least get 100 crore lifetime! Maybe a little bit less ! ZHZB was made a lower budget of 40 crore. If that was a super hit. Then Sam Bahudar will be an average hit. Success is all that matters for awards!

I will reward myself after I am done with my stupid exams on the 14th by watching this film. I told my parents I will not be home for Christmas until I get to watch this film first. Just so upset I did not get to support my talented Vicky on the first weekend! He deserves a Filmfare and national award! Shahid did not win for Kabir Singh due to the controversial misogynistic content. And it was one the biggest hit of the year. So I doubt Animal will get Ranbir much. Shahid did win an IIFA but Animal is even more misogynistic according to reviews!
