That Rajamouli actually said as what shown in subtitles or is it somebody spreading false info, he said something else?

I don't understand Telugu, but I wouldn't be surprised if he said something similar. I have noticed there is a tendency in film industry and even other industries to drag one person down and lift another person up. No clue why there is this eagerness to compare and to put someone down. If you are truly confident about yourself you will never try to drag someone down to feel better about yourself. The industry would do far better if they stopped this comparison.
I think Billa was a Don remake starring Prabhas and Anushka.
I am not sure the context but to translate word for word from the video, Rajamouli was basically saying he found Hrithik as extraordinary in Dhoom 2 but after watching the trailer of Billa he feels Hrithik was nothing before Prabhas’ swag and then he continues to thank the director for creating a movie which would take Telugu Cinema international.
He didn’t say nikamma like the person in the tweet claims though.

Maybe he just likes to do name-dropping Hence brought Hrithik name for no reason

Very True.
I mean if he has to bring down HR to prop up his Bachcha Prabhas, that shows Prabhas in bad light.
Curious to know How was Prabhas' stardom before Bahubali?

lol. I found it quite silly but you can’t really blame them because until very recently also Bollywood used to be the gold standard for the South Indian moviemakers and even the moviegoers. May be because of the pan India reach they have had. Plus Hrithik is one of the most recognized faces from the Hindi Cinema after Amitabh bachchan. I think every artist would want their art to transcend the boundaries and reach as far and wide as possible and Bollywood has definitely achieved that to some extent.

He was a huge star on par with Mahesh babu at that time. But Baahubali catapulted him to a league of his own altogether leaving everyone else far behind. Talk about one movie changing the fate of an actor, he is the living example of that.
In fact Rajamouli is a legit star maker. Before Baahubali, he made Charan with Magadheera, Naani and Samantha with Eega, NTR with Student. His movie Chatrapati was the one which gave Prabhas his first break.
