On a serious note, what is she wearing? I don't remember Hailey ever wearing this. Why didn't she went with Saree? or even a gown? Dress does not suit her body type. And those shoes not helping her either.
It seems like she got it off the rack, it is not altered to her body type so is loose at places and isn't looking good

Too saggy to pull it off..she is 30 only but so unfit..katrina despite being 10 years elder and 40 is so toned and fit..she is someone who can rock this outfit..and what is with alia's weird off screen persona off late..even for her own weird self..she is acting weirder..

It's Ill fitting because she's left the back open. The dress zips up till shoulders and that looks much sexier. It's this burgundy Gucci short suit. It's anyway suitable for taller bodies with long legs, like DP, Kat, Kriti or anyone that height. On Alia, those shoes look funny but it looks good on the model here because she's carried them off well. It all comes down to confidence and ease.
