Back in the day, yes. Nowadays CC making requires months of organising, coordinating themes and hiring an event management company to plan parties and celebrations

i'm always confused by how people treat making ccs as such a huge deal around here. i see posts about who can and can't make them, people complain about how their ccs were spammed and finished quickly or just finishing them quickly in general seems to be a problem??? i don't mean to shade anyone but it all seems weird to me. isn't this supposed to be a free space where whoever can post whateva within the rules
