mods seem to be more in action since that suggestions thread was made where vijay showed up. now they seem to be deleting posts and threads within minutes 👀

can someone explain what the cc making politics are? 🤨 i have seen so many posts about who can and can't make them and people seem to argue and shade each other on this topic. i'm confused. why can't anyone who's available at the time make the new cc?
