Why did Disha Patani fail to impress audiences?

It seems that Disha's initial success with MS Dhoni did not translate into lasting success in her career. Despite her popularity on social media and her status as a sex symbol, she was unable to establish herself in the entertainment industry or make a significant impact in any particular field. Perhaps her good start with Dhoni was not enough to sustain her career, and she needed to work harder to develop her skills and talents in order to achieve lasting success. Ultimately, it takes more than just a good beginning to build a successful career.

Posting thirst traps on Instagram and getting surgeries all the time can only take one so far. She should have polished some of those acting skills instead.

Disha is hot but persona wise? a Big zero.

Just plain bland. No persona. No strong screen presence.

Just an eye candy for songs or some trophy girl roles.

But honestly, no screen presence.

The big plus point that a lot of actresses from the 90s & early 2000s had was screen presence. Talk about Rani, Priety, Juhi, Kajol, Sonali. All would leave a mark in their films, they had persona. Even Kangana. Kids these days? nah.

Alia is okayish from the current lot. Kiara can be good. Tapsi, Richa chaddha are better.

The only thing that changed in between is her face. There was little to no improvement in her acting skill. Lack of personality/persona remained constant. No concrete effort was visible from her end to improve on her personality. She is also an extremely bland talker which she took no effort to hone or polish..

Her social media is all about "crass"... I sometimes wonder whether she is a wannabe Instagram model or a Bollywood actress..

It is not like she did not get opportunities...

Because she is directionless

Disha's body is hotter than her face. Her face itself is nothing great. Her acting talent is also below average. The girl in M.S. Dhoni with a prettier face than Disha, much better acting skills, and a great work ethic managed to impress? Contrary to some people's opinions here, Kiara Advani has a lot to offer.
