Yami is very underrated. I think the reason why she doesn't get her dues is because she has a huge lack of fan presence, ie she doesn't gain a lot of fans. Even Mrunal, who popped up recently, has gained a lot of fans. Bhumi was facing a similar problem so she did her face and became a Kardashian to fix her lack of popularity. It's kind of working but she is getting hate now from normal people.

Let's take Yami's career's close look ... She played a bong banker in Vicky Donor, pretty mature debut. In Kaabil she played a blind rape victim. in Uri A secret agent , In Baala a small town Ott tiktoker, In Bhoot police , a possessed woman, In A Thursday , a school teacher who captured toddlers, In Dasvi she played a Police Officer, In Lost a journalist and In Chor Nikal ke bhaga she played an air hostess.

She is a versatile actor who showed tremendous growth, and without no big production house's backing she is leading films even though small budget, they are highly watchable .

Parineeti had the backing of YRF still she ruined her career.

WTH would anyone want to see parineeti. I've seen her up close. She's like the most ordinary thing you can imagine. First sight was when she was getting off a lift, barely a few feet away from me. Then later, when I was having breakfast, she was parading herself around wanting to be noticed. I couldn't be bothered😉😆

Yami is just bland, even in a thriller like CNKB, you already anticipate the twist coz of her weak acting.

I find Parineeti much better than Yami.
