Strange logic

If Sanju is a hit only because of Raju Hirani, why is Pathan's success not due to Siddharth Anand, who is known for his high-octane action movies and slick production values?

Anand's brand of cinema is often characterized by big-budget productions with a strong focus on action and spectacle. They are glossy, full of sheen, and larger-than-life characters and known to attract large audiences. Not only that, his last venture War also broke box-office records, and Pathan followed a similar recipe for success.

But no, of course, SRK's megastardom is celebrated.

I think some people in this forum have their own prejudices. At least, follow the same logic for all.

I had just asked about who gets credit for the super blockbusters(BOI called it that )URI and Kabir Singh.Both were directed by new directors.

Sanju benefitted Vicky most.He debuted in an offbeat film,Mashaan.. Played supporting roles in Raazi and Sanju.Then became a lead hero with mainstream actresses.Now Meghna has him playing title role in and as Manekshaw.He is also doing one of the most expensive films Immortals of Aswattama.

Parineeti got the most out of Ladies vs Vicky Behl.She became a leading lady.Anu continued to do only YRF films and other small films..till she got BV.

SO who benefitted from which film will be known months after the release.

There’s a difference between RK who is barely a star even and SRK who’s a superstar for decades. RK depend on other factors to make his movies hit. SRK also a bit and other factors will help his movies, but even his crappy movies can still do 100+ crore at minimum just based on his stardom without any other benefiting factors.. So no both aren’t the same for us to apply the same logic.
