If you see young Rajesh Khanna's face shape and compare it to Rajeev Khandelwaal you will find a striking resemblance. Rajeev was himself told about it during KTH days and he said he was flattered to see comparisons to Rajesh Khanna.

My mom also saw him and said he looks like young Rajesh Khanna, especially the shape of his face.

I personally also think RK resembles RK (Rajesh Khanna) a lot and I never really saw SRK in him. I am sorry to disagree but I never felt anything SRK like in Rajeev's looks, acting style, speech, mannerisms, body language, physique or face shape. But he deffo has a very distinct resemblance to Rajesh Khanna. I would even go to extent of saying if Rajesh Khanna had a son, he would probably resemble Rajeev Khandelwaal. Rajeev is kind of like more handsome and more chiselled, fitter version of young Rajesh Khanna IMO.

He looks like Rajesh Khanna for sure. You don't have to be sorry to disagree, that's your opinion. To me and a lot of others, he is SRK regardless! 😳

And you are correct, he isn't SRK is the sense of walking, talking, moving or behaving like SRK. Rajeev is actually BETTER than SRK, because in all honesty, he doesn't have a tendency to repeat the same kind of work (regardless of how many asked him to return as Sujal or to do a show with Aamna), nor does copy himself - which SRK does by the way.

SRK finds a hit formula, uses and abuses it till the tire shreds itself on the road! Whereas Rajeev? He's always inventing and reinventing himself!

The area he is very much an SRK for me and the majority is - His Star power in Television, Fandom, Screen presence, Romantic chemistry with Aamna (they're the SRK-Kajol of TV for me) and in the craze he has among women, men, youth, millenials, boomers and everyone I can recall. I've to go on some of those Youtube videos of his and literally start counting people's ages based on what they mention, to see the sheer impact that he's had from just being Rajeev Khandelwal and most importantly... Sujal!😳

Rajeev definitely resembles Rajesh khana first time my aunt mentioned it and then I realized he actually resemble with Rajesh. Their name initials are also same. He himself mentioned sometimes that people told him about it.
