Pathaan did...Shehzada...I doubt.

For example: ShahRukh's last movies (from Fan to Zero) explored their potentiality but - for whatever reasons (would be interesting to explore) - failed to gain success in INDIA.

For whatever reasons? Those two movies sucked. That’s the reason. E

Pathaan is a success because his fans took it upon themselves to make it into one. And God bless him, he has a humungous and very loyal fandom.

Karthik or for that matter any guy from this gen has no such fandom to boast of, and hence they are heavily based on the other factors too including the boycott gang.

Not denying that because there is always someone or some section of people liking something that the others may not like. You expressed curiosity in exploring the reasons why they failed and I just helped you with that. Unfortunately movies are business ventures which MUST appeal to the majority for them to be profitable.
