You won't burn the pan but the omelette will stick to the pan and you'll find it hard to take the omlette off the pan. 😆

As I see you have peanut butter, I'm not sure how that'd taste with the omlette but you can lather some on the pan before the omlette. If it's a non-stick pan it wouldn't matter so much. I'd suggest keeping it on low flame though.

Thank you both!! Y’all are a life saver. But I got tired of waiting for y’all to respond so went to bed without checking these posts. Anyway, the universe saved me again.

I'm waiting to hear an update. Did you end up cooking it? Which pan was used? Was peanut butter involved? Please let janta know.

I didn’t know I had an audience waiting for a response. Look at those damn laugh reactions on your post. Lord have mercy!

Anyway, the universe saved me! I found a bottle of ghee hidden way back in the corner of my refrigerator and thankfully it had not expired. I don’t even eat ghee but somehow I had bought one and totally forgotten about it? So I cooked with that. The universe saved me from whatever atrocious meal cooking with peanut butter would have made.

But lord…I will never forget to buy oil ever in my life from now on.
