Who would you caste in the Bollywood remake of A Simple Favor? - Page 2

The other day I saw a movie bulbul and believe me the lead girl was amazing. The mystic aura she possess perfectly suits Blake Lively. She should get more opportunities.

And Shraddha Kapoor suits Stephanie. She might not have acting chops like Anna Kendrick, but she has that screen presence which can justify Stephanie's character. It's not that layered like Blake.

I don't think any of the others from current lot can justify those characters. They will ruin though.

Tabu would have aced the acting. But it did require two women around the same age. So her with Alia would be a mismatch. Unless these were two older friends. And Rani Mukherji or someone could do Anna's character.

You can always change the narrative to be an older woman and a younger woman.

True but what would be the likelihood that they would click and become friends? But yes, it does not have to be the exact same story. It is just an adaption. I do have friends at least two decades older than me. We just have to have other things in common. So if the filmmakers are smart they can make it look convincing.

I would love to see anushka as Stephanie n deepika as Emily n Ranveer Singh as Sean n Diana penty as Diana. I wish ranbir kapoor also have an angle added as Deepika's boyfriend or lover
