2022 is coming off of a pandemic: so movies were made for prepandemic audiences, and over the pandemic that audience has changed. So many movies were widely panned as bad and most flopped. However there were some gems, OTT is rising and there were good movies there as well. I wouldn't say 2022 is the worst year ever for Bollywood but it's worse in terms of Box Office.
