Is this forum stuck in 90s-2000s?

Why most topics end up about 90s films or stars or at the most 2000s stars like Katrina, Deepika or singers like Alka or Shreya?

Are 2010s, 2020s actors and celebs so bland that people are hardly discussing them and still stuck in discussions on decades old stars and films?

At the most if current stuff is discussed, it ends up going back to South films or political or real life controversies or rants on nepotism. Are post 2000s stars and films so bland?

The only 2010s star popular in this forum is Alia and to an extent Ranveer 😆 , no one cares about anyone else

Yeah I see less topics about post 2010 stars except Alia and Ranveer. Ranbir and Deepika came in 2000s so they are ruled out.

I agree with you on actresses. All are faltu.

I like lots of the 2000/2010 films

its probably cause most of the member here are born 80's or 90's and they mostly relate to actors prior 2010?

and honestly these newbies they all lack substance, they haven't had any remarkable movies and all these ananya, shanaya, jhanvi, Suhana looks more like a clone, they don't have personality worth discussing.

Newbies lack that certain quality that 90s and early 2000s stars had. We are stuck with Jhanvi, Ananya and the likes . Kartik is likeable to an extent . They don’t even have the screen presence to compensate for the lack of acting skills.
Even their offscreen antics are all manufactured, they don’t even breath without their PR. The gossip we used to get back in the days was gold.
The newer lot is way more bland in comparison.

That's rather other way around for me . Feeling like a broken chord to say but 90s was an era of airy-fairy tales . Buffoonery was the order of the day . Logic , realism , ingenuity could drew a grimace . I can count on fingers the 90s movies which I find to be truly meritorious on such counts . Just some comedies & nostalgia is what I like about 90s movies .

(can't say the exact for 2000s though as tide began to turn by then)
