Both Dev and Amrita are alive. Shiva's mom, who was taking care of him, will be revealed as some other lady in Part 2. She may be Amrita's friend.

She probably lost her powers to Dev in their battle. We see that Dev has the Jal Astra as he helps Mouni with it in the climax.

Or maybe she sacrificed herself to save Shiva from Dev a la Harry Potter.

Before anything are we allow to make a thread for SitaRamam movie review. I am reading a lot of positive stuff about the classic movie which came in theater.

now: so all the bullywood peoples are coming to support bramhastra. Arjun jhanvi hrithik some forgotten actors to etc…. Kapoor dude went to theaters also to meet fans 🤣 never seen any actors do that during KGF or RRR less if they didn’t make it so obviouse. Why so much of push? If the movie is good fine na let it cross 500 mark by this week. So much of force support either to gain some movie from movie mafia or bc their movie is about to release so needs supports. Anyways, each to their own but why there was no support for TKF? Indian movie hai na none of this nepo gangs of movie mafia came to support or said anything expect for akshay I think. Now all of a sudden they are tweeting like a hungry wolves about bramhastra while others are saying laser show. Outside of theater peoples are boycotting and watching Sita movie.

How shit is this that they are talking about xyz but not about mouni who has overshadow everyone. An outsider played her part as a villain nicely. Why no praise for her? Mafia supports mafia and outsiders is supported by audience. Why isn’t KGF and RRR a Hindi film? They earned more then what this mafias made in day 1 which is saying to be fake collection of whatever and mafia johar buys critics also. You needed ssrajmouli support, ntr support, nagaarjuna support so their fans will watch it but till bahubali, KGF, rrr they didn’t even exist in this earth.

Haven’t thought of the possibility that it could have been Amrita’s friend.

Shiva should be using JalAstra too in Part 2 or 3.

A constructive criticism - In next parts, I would love to see the effects of Fire and Wind and other Astras to be more distinct, and not everything having a whirlwind effect.

The 3D was super quality though. 🥳

Laser laser bole to Bakwas movie starting from casting to story. Comparing it with marvel what a joke *Rofl* I might be the only one but I thought Mouni Roy ji was really good better then *cough*

No, I think Dev could use many Astras, they showed he had Jal Astra on his arms in his entry scene along with other Astras, its just that he had mastered Agneyastra

One Astra can be used by many people like Mouni was using Agneyastra and Shiva was Agneyastra too. Mohan Bhargav, Guru and Amurtha all of them could use Maya Astra

Amrutha must have mastered Jalastra

I think she defeated Dev and transformed him into a statue which means the one who killed her isn't Dev, its someone else

If it had to be truly diabolical, the one to kill her would be Shiva himself. Shiva’s powers are activated by love, and the first love of a child would have been his mother. Maybe he started the fire unknowingly and ended up killing his mother 🤷‍♀️

It was an average one-time watch.

Positives:

1) it’s a visual spectacle

2) AB Sr. As soon as he enters the movie, it just elevates.
3) Music (Bgm and Songs)

4) SRK and Nagarjuna’s starry presence.

5) The sequence where all ashram people are practising their powers

6) Mouni Roy - best performance from the whole starcast

7) Infusing Indian Mythology

Negatives

1) the love story - no chemistry between Shiva & Isha. The love story didn’t make any sense either.

2) Dialogues - absolute worst

3) Unoriginal Story - copied from Harry Potter, Avengers, Percy Jackson, X-Men etc

4) Unconvincing performance from the leads - they have given better performances in other movies

5) love is stronger than Brahmastra after hyping the most powerful weapon so much?
6) No role for female lead. She is just a “button” for male character. Didn’t expect this from Ayan. He has written strong roles 4 female leads in the past

7) Inconsistent screenplay and tone of the movie.

To sum up, the movie would have been better if the love story was not there. The movie should have been more about Shiva and Guruji.

Still, it’s a decent one-time watch. Based on my theater experience, kids, teens and families are loving it. Should be a blockbuster.
