You do not sound like someone who is super sucessful. A successful person can accept somebody's sucess and learn something from it. Instead you crib about star kids 24X7. I have seen executives who complain about star kids and nepotism, but refuse anything out of comfort zone.

If you feel education makes you sucessful, it's seems you have never seen failure or life has not given you any failures yet. Not all fields need education like acting and sports. People like Gautam Adani and Late Dhirubhai Ambani are considered sucessful.
