Is there indeed a cartel in Bollywood?

I keep hearing of so called gang or clique or cartel in Bollywood and so called elites or even political ideology in Bollywood.

That is blamed for denying chances to others or ignoring others, sidelining others.

Is there indeed such a thing or is it made up by IT cells or some disgruntled actors battling failures?

Is there indeed some monopoly or gang dominating everyone else?

I only remember a time in mid 90s and 2000s when SRK, K Jo, YRF used to dominate awards whether their films deserved or not. Or K Jo and Simi invited select families on their shows and K Jo specifically promoted own friends and mocked others on KWK.

But is there indeed some effort to sideline others? I refuse to believe the charge that there is agenda to target a particular religion or promote another or to promote films based on ideology in Bollywood.

I read Sara rejected Dhadak + Soty2.

Kedarnath went overbudget and shooting was stalled and then later resumed. Sara did not walk out. she debuted with Kedarnath, but got Simba when Kedarnath got shut down.

I missed over the years these conspiracy theories and gossip lol !! As got busy over the years. Maddy( the mod) used to post them. At times I would get irritated by some, but now a days the paps generally know the inside scoop as it’s been given by the industry themselves lol

Sara Ali Khan actually madly wanted to make sure the Kedarnath filming was completed as quickly as possible so that it could be her debut film, she didn't want Simmba as her first film, as planned. I'm not saying there isn't a cartel - there are clearly cliques that have huge influence and power and favs.... but this ^ bunch of fake facts just isn't it I'm afraid. 😎

Ekta Kapoor???? Can't be because Sushant had a film with her production house in the pipeline (o n e of the reasons that many did not believe in suicide).
