He’s the same guy who dropped casting SRK, Rani , Kajol when they were no longer at peak of their career and moved on…

Even with SOTY, Varun and Sid got much better roles than Alia…

He only started yapping about Alia after her movies started doing well and started casting her more..

He’s even dropped Sid now given how he’s not generating that much buzz and revenue at box office…

Probably why he sold Shershah to Amazon…

The day few of Alia’s movies flop, he will stop casting her…

The fact that he is now casting South Indian actors is also due to them generating buzz which will help him get better box office numbers..

If outsiders start doing well in buzz and numbers , he will start casting them… Karthik Aryan for that matter was casted in dostana 2 cause of the hits he delivered…
