Calling her a nepo kid is an insult to her long struggle and hard work .No one knew Ram Mukerji and she can’t be called a star kid . Infact she almost left Bollywood and started dating a londoner when Yash Chopra locked her parents up in YRF office and made a call to her about sashthiya ..

Also , coming to KKHH.. Aditya and SRK saw her performance in her first film and recommended her name to Karan .. it’s not as if Karan cast her because she was a nepo kid or Kajol’s cousin . Infact Kajol hated her. Rani was genuinely good in her first film .. I have seen it . Yes , the film was thrash and b grade but like Rajeev Masand once said , Rani Mukerji has never been bad in a film although the film has.

Nobody cares about Arjun Kapoor or make threads about him. Why is he shoved down the audience's throat then?

Arjun Kapoor can cause even KJo's logic to fail. 😆

That affair was never confirmed but she left india after 6 flops in 2000 and said no to multiple films as most of them were thrash. She left India and started dating a London based firangi and was ready for marriage until Saathiya happened . Infact, she was so in love that she said no to saathiya as well as she thought no one likes her . She was criticized for her skin color , height , voice .. and she lost confidence totally :)

So, her Journey is extremely inspirational but the difference is unlike a taapsee or kangana , she doesn’t make noise about how she proved her critics wrong by sheer talent and nothing else :)

I don’t expect you to agree with me but it’s the truth . She got break in KKHH because she was good in her first film and was noticed by both SRK and Adi. And, not coz she was a daughter of a has been director from the 60’s.
