Can you make sense of that for me, please?!

Sincerely,

Brutus the ultimate backstabber

You're friends with Ranveer Singh? 😆He's as much a sexist as Ranbir and Varun and most of the rest of Bollywood.

In case you weren't talking about him... #shrugs I don't know your friend.

BTW, I was talking about the sexism in the op's post, not Bollywood's. Every thread seems to target the women these days. Their clothes are a problem. Their ambition is a problem. Their networking is a problem.

Just take all the kicks society can deliver you and die quietly. Then you'll be deified. Dare to win, and you're demonized.

No, I was rambling cuz I was friends with someone who was non problematic in personal interactions but made very, very uncomfortable comments in public. The contradictory information made me go into a cognitive dissonance of sorts and act up.

I was just trying to say that a lot of people seem to think that their actions matter more than their speech in online forums. Some vehemently deny labels like misogyny, sexism, etc. cuz they're either so conditioned and programmed to be that way from early on that it's their "normal" ... or they just don't care what others think and would rather keep disrespecting people and expect to get away with it. The irony is, they don't realize that the nature of their comments are far more insulting and squirm inducing than the labels that get thrown their way when people call them out. shrugs.

Anyways, Bollywood is stupid. So is Hollywood. Entertainment industry thrives on sexism, misogyny, whathaveyou and I have no hopes of it changing while I'm alive. As long as no one is raped or abused physically, I think I can sleep at night. But even that is asking too much if stories doing rounds are to be believed.

I for sure thought you were talking about Ranveer😆.

Anyway, I agree it's not going to change anytime soon. Rape or abuse might not happen frequently, but coercion sure does. In case you didn't already see it, there is a *which actress is more shrewd* thread. I mean, in an industry where they are prey to everyone from spotboy to financiers, ACTRESSES are apparently the shrewd ones only because they succeeded in avoiding the problems.

Nah, I have no obsession with Ranbir. I mentioned him because you're clearly a fan and wanted to know what you thought of his talent now that's he's *exposed* all the way to his pubic line.

Because in your op, you mentioned actresses' cleavage. Now you're talking about cheating. What does any of this have to do with their talent?

If it does, does it mean Ranbir has no talent?😆 It must. Right? By your own criteria.

If not, then it's very definitely misogyny, my friend.

......

Also, your focus in op was not them looking the same. I agree with you there. No originality. They all think it's the way to get audience attention.

Im not ranbir fan 🤣 where have u seen me crushing over Ranbir or fighting for him

Even if anyone is Ranbir's fan topic is not related to him n bringing him in every topic is plain boring. U can bash ranbir as much as u want I don't care I'm not his fan🤣 so many topics keep coming on ranbir n he is brought in every topic not even related to him.

Ranbir is always bashed, Ranveer's nude pics were already discussed so I didn't brought actors n tried discussing over actresses.

I would agree on society is unfair to women in all walks of life. That's why I said actresses bear more brunt of skin show than actors. N after watching KWK with Sara n Jhanvi it looks more like they r made to do so as same narrative is promoted.
