1. give respect to the writers and directors who are original and highlight them (balki, hirani, shoojit, aditya dhar, anirudha roy, om raut, nitesh tiwari) not those belonging to particular camps and those who dont follow trends
2. actors only after the directors/writers,
3. celebrate all victories irrespective of what each one's politics is appreciate a TKF, Kangana, Uri, Uddham singh as much as you would a gully boy. when a hindi film wins all over acclaim celebrate it as an industry
4. Stars should think of the bigger picture and be magnanimous to the smaller films/upcoming actors. Even a tweet from SRK about say a ayushman/rajkumar's performance will mean a lot in optics and in influencing dynamics
5. One can't avoid nepotism, its a fact of life but don't think the audience are foosl, a gangu may deserve praise but don't build eveyrthing beyond what they achieve. don't ruin movies by force fitting nepo kids into all roles and don't bully outsiders.
6. dont do remakes.
7. hindi movies are just like any other language industry in india, thinking yourself as special doesnt make you so. you have to becomes a magnet for the best talent to come, the way a bimal roy, hrishikesh mukerjee to a lv prasad came to hindi films. create the eco system for it. dont be cliquey, respect talent, open your horizons and colloborate you will gain a lot. respect everybody and dont be condescending to either other film industries or the audience
8. don't put style, outfits, stylists, trends, fashion above your primary job, making films
9. think of commerce but dont highlight those who put commerce above the art
