Everything suck right now. Movies sucks, and music sucks too. All remakes and unoriginal ideas.

There is a huge problem with actresses too, I really feel like since Alia came into the industry and the huge trail of nepo kids that came after her, have truly ruined the industry. We hardly have 5 top actresses who debuted after 2010. The entire focus is on giving nepo beti’s maximum movies to practice and learn. Yes we have Kiara, Kirti, Taapsee… but they hardly have fans and most people still don’t know their names

I think bollywood needs to stop making remakes first. They need to focus more on scripts than presenting actors on screen. More money should be spent on the creative aspect of the film. Actors are given first priority which needs to be changed

And as far as nepo kids are concerned, it's high time that talented ones should sustain. For an industry to grow, the entire community should together and work towards it.

Everyone should focus more on making the films better than vanity. I watched one interview of yash and he said the same thing, they work towards the scene so that its better on screen rather than actors. Bollywood should focus on that, otherwise they are doomed.

Bollywood has become too wannabe. It's less about the love of making movies the way that you want and more about following the trend of 'recipes for successful movies' and becoming popular.

And KJo is the honcho of this wannabe culture, and by sucking up to him, everyone gives him power. Right now it's about pulling South stars to Bollywood and imitating South movies because of the massive success of Bahubali, KGF, Pushpa etc. As much as those vadde log will try to deny it by inserting vadde vadde convenient words, it's all sadly about business now.

1. give respect to the writers and directors who are original and highlight them (balki, hirani, shoojit, aditya dhar, anirudha roy, om raut, nitesh tiwari) not those belonging to particular camps and those who dont follow trends

2. actors only after the directors/writers,

3. celebrate all victories irrespective of what each one's politics is appreciate a TKF, Kangana, Uri, Uddham singh as much as you would a gully boy. when a hindi film wins all over acclaim celebrate it as an industry

4. Stars should think of the bigger picture and be magnanimous to the smaller films/upcoming actors. Even a tweet from SRK about say a ayushman/rajkumar's performance will mean a lot in optics and in influencing dynamics

5. One can't avoid nepotism, its a fact of life but don't think the audience are foosl, a gangu may deserve praise but don't build eveyrthing beyond what they achieve. don't ruin movies by force fitting nepo kids into all roles and don't bully outsiders.

6. dont do remakes.

7. hindi movies are just like any other language industry in india, thinking yourself as special doesnt make you so. you have to becomes a magnet for the best talent to come, the way a bimal roy, hrishikesh mukerjee to a lv prasad came to hindi films. create the eco system for it. dont be cliquey, respect talent, open your horizons and colloborate you will gain a lot. respect everybody and dont be condescending to either other film industries or the audience

8. don't put style, outfits, stylists, trends, fashion above your primary job, making films

9. think of commerce but dont highlight those who put commerce above the art

It can’t . The superstars era is over and movies from other industries beating BW would become the norm now , while BW would celebrate miniscule successes like JJJ collecting 80 cr😆

Better music. It's the first thing that brings audiences and we have had absolutely rubbish years with just remakes

Stop releasing on ott with such a small gap

Like someone said - the content is all kjo wannabe now days. It does not feel aspirational anymore like before but feels completely out of touch with reality
