What’s Ranveer wearing? My eyes hurt . Can’t believe people take him seriously

Lol its funny how alia says she wants to keep the proposal private to herself, then she explains every detail about it, and then they show a pic from the proposal. I was quite surprised that alia posted a pic of herself having an ultrasound to announce the pregnancy, an ultrasound is something which is quite intimate and private.

So rk was dating kat at the time of SOTY, yet he 'joked' about marrying alia when he saw her onset, awkward.

Have y'all never met a newly wed? They're all obnoxious like that. Acting like they're the happiest couple in the world and even doling out marriage advice after 2 months.

I'm gonna bet this episode will embarrass the heck out of Alia 4 or 5 years from now.

Same for new moms. Their baby is the best, the brightest, the cutest, etc. The 2 who went beyond normal were Kareena and Mrs Shahid.

What I don't get is why KJo let this monopolize the episode. He could've done so many things with this duo. I remember the SRK Alia episode. Those acting exercises were so fun to watch.

I am actually kind of surprised seeing who is in your DP. Much like the Korean industry, Bollywood movies offer more money to hit jodis (except in rarer cases) so it is likely she felt they were good enough movies and since Ranbir Kapoor comes from a powerful family, it makes sense to take the opportunity and make amends.

Also the script is very important for actresses like DP, she's very script dependent. Bad script = bad acting for her. If that was the best script she was offered, it makes sense she took it.

This is why in most cases after repeated cheating, the Bollywood jodis come back together on screen. Like Madhuri-Sanjay, Madhuri caught Sanjay cheating and broke up with him - even though she didn't want to speak a word to him she still signed a movie with Sanjay (and would have done more if he didn't go to jail). At least DP was on talking terms.

I think KJo did it because he wanted to restore Ranbir-Alia's image. He kept calling out Ranveer as a nepo product so the audience sees Ranveer-Deepika as bad of a light as they did Ranbir-Alia, or at least Alia with the Mahesh Bhatt lineage. And also Alia said her husband was sanskari and all that..etc.

I think this episode will embarrass Alia 4-5 days from now, forget years.

Caught it. I wasn't planning on seeing any of KWK considering the lineup, but considering all the hoopla in the news about Ranbir Alia's wedding and "happily ever after", baby etc, it just made sense to watch it.

Couple of bullet points:

- They tried to pin the "gossip" of BW onto Ranveer, which is funny because they've established Ranbir as the "Pammi aunty" of industry for the past few seasons now. They were definitely trying to white-wash Ranbir there😆

- Karan is always going to bring up Karthik in order to give an opportunity to bring him down. But I don't think Ranveer's mimicry was actually malicious

- Ranveer still clearly cannot stand Ranbir😆 Dude did not give Ranbir a pass for Bombay Velvet or the "papped while being drunk" part. In hindsight, it's obvious KJo shouldn't have invited Ranveer to help hype Ranbir. Ranveer would never go for it and made the digs wherever he could 😆😆

- Alia really does get unsetlled by any mention of DP. That rant about SLB giving her 4 films and stature really said a lot. She also didn't like it when Ranveer said he was on Kiara Advani's instagram😆

- Minor thing: I don't like DP, but the way Ranveer speaks about her at times is quite crass.

Anyways, they were trying to sell Ranbir and Alia as this star-crossed pairing and Ranbir as the ultimate knight in shiny armor, and it all fell completely flat. And unfortunately it just opened a whole new bunch of can of worms regarding Karan, Alia, and Ranbir. So definitely this attempt backfired😆

Didn't watch the epi, but Papa KJo ka kaam hi hai to hype Ranbir-Alia and RaAlia, ab woh kaise karna hai, he has learnt it over 7 seasons🤷‍♀️

Why not bring RaAlia though. We all know you are desperate😅

Kjo said in a recent interview that ranveer does not gossip, he just likes to listen to the gossip, so he’ll just sit there and act very interested in listening to it, but he won’t give out any gossip or spread it

Kjo was being very biased during the Koffee quiz, there were times when ranveer buzzed first but gave the question to alia, and ranveer was rightly calling out kjo for doing that

alia spoke mostly about was her relationship with rk, rs added alot of fun by doing the mimicry of different stars and was more honest with his answers, whereas alia seemed to be a lot more restrained.

and ranveer seems like a great friend. Alia said that a day before she shot for dholida she called ranveer as she was so nervous about filming the song and he was giving her words of encouragement, he then turned up to the shoot to support her. He also helped choose the jewellery she was going to wear for her mendhi

I remember kjo mentioning that the day of his 50th bday ranveer showed up at the venue at 4pm to start arrangements for the party and create the playlist, and throughout the party he was the DJ and playing fun songs for the guests to dance to.

he truly goes above and beyond for these people, but I’m not sure if they do the same for him

At the start of the episode kjo said he has tried to get couples on the show but they have said no, so it doesn’t seem like any couple is appearing on kwk this season

Why do they think saying such shit is cute. Even if Alia was an adult when RK comment about wanting to marrying her, it's still creepy. And she was a minor then😶‍🌫
