Since they have brought up BJP anyway and asking about their involvement let me remind everyone that it was a BJP minister and his bodyguard who are not NCB officials, who were holding aryan khan and dragging him to NCB office.. when they had no jurisdiction to even touch him…

And it was BJPs own attorney general ASG anil singh who was flying from Delhi to attend ONLY aryans hearing.. he would arrive late Ans then ask for tea breaks, further delaying the justice system…

and still we hear jokers asking how bjp was involved…

yes, people do abuse their power. That goes for elements in every party. To draw wider sinister motives from that is however silly. People who really matter in the party have better things to do than go after small fry like movie actors or their kids. So how if you stop humoring yourself thinking the BJP guns can be bothered about these actors? Can you do that?😉😆

ASG Singh ..(I mistakenly used the US term instead of Additional Solicitor General )you can look him up, he was flying from Delhi to mumbai just to attend aryans hearing, showing up late and asking the judges to delay the verdict to next day and when judge would given anew date he would make sure that the new time would be close to court closing date so it can cause another delay…

I’m not making up stuff it is well documented on livelawindias official court proceedings…

assistant solicitor general of the country flying in bi weekly to make sure a kid, against whom NCB didn’t have a shred of evidence, stays in jail

The problem is much much bigger than NCB, Sameer Wankhede isn't an NCB officer, one can cross check, but he was transferred from some other department (Customs department) to NCB for some time and his term was extended for a few months. This man is totally corrupt, I don't wish to give him the benefit of doubt after stupid articles about Aryan Khan under his custody, But the problem is with how this agency is functioning, they added every charge they could, combined recoveries made from everyone to make a case of large quantity when accuse number 1 had nothing on him

They made up stuff about international links, Haters here declared Aryan a drug Lord, without using something they got for free, called brain, why would Aryan sell drugs for money? They said they'll be involving ministry of external affairs to look into the international link

All these tactics were used to intimidate judge in lower court so they would not grant Aryan bail, I remember there was this user who was marveling at dirty tricks being used by ASG Anil Singh to keep an innocent in jail

Now, International link is NOT a part of chargesheet, Aryan is free but there isn't any mention of International link in whole case

Aryan Khan is son of SRK, he has money and power at his disposal, what about common citizens? NDPS act means you can't get any job, you can't fight Panchayat Elections, one case against you ruins your life, there are people who don't get bail for years, if anything there has to be a massive change in the way agencies are dealing with case, they can't just write any charge which comes to their mind to get custody because the goal is justice, NCB can't hurt citizens in the process of their investigation, they have to be responsible towards people and one can only wonder what happens where NIA is involved

Delhi NCB realized that their reputation was at stake and decided to take over the case and did the right thing but if an officer is doing wrong, he shouldn't have support of advocates who'd to anything to delay court proceedings and keep people in Unlawful custody, the whole thing was an eye opener for me, I had utmost faith in our agencies and Judiciary, this made me realize how we need change everywhere, we need to start from NDPS act where they can throw you in jail for Culpable mental state

Young Boys are kept in prison with rapists and terrorists, we need to separate these two, they are being subjected to crimes at such young age, its frightening

You do realize that Wankhede was just a pawn in all of this...he wouldn't have dared to lay his hands on SRK if he did not have the support of powerful people who actually use these agencies for their political gains....and when Wankhede messed it up....these powerful people dropped him like a hot potato...People like Wankhede go after small fish ...they don't go after giants like SRK and Deepika unless they are being supported.....well Wankhede is getting what he deserved...but the real culprits are out there still planning and plotting and they will strike again...unless SRK wakes up and smells the coffee....😳

Cannot say I am surprised they found nothing, I am sure they looked and looked...however if there is justice, this should not be the end of the matter. Heads need to roll and people held accountable for the piss-poor sting, the show, the flagrant violation of procedure, the leaks etc... I do not even care about political affiliation, BJP, SRK, Bollywood or whatever else people want to color this as. This was a travesty, a misuse of power and a violation of one citizens rights. Something that should bother and scare everyone to the core regardless of what ever party they support because the rule of law was broken. Political parties come and go, polititians rule or change but the law is there to safeguard everyone, or else why have a legal system? Why have a SC. This entire thing stunk of CORRUPTION at the highest levels and that is something very disturbing. I dread thinking about the abuse many suffer at the hands of those placed in priviledged positions to ensure balance and justice!

This guy has history with SRK, He has always been in news because he goes after Bollywood stars, its an easy way to get promotion or fame in public eyes, His wife is an actress both crave attention so him going after SRK and Deepika is understandable
