Proper sleep is supreme. Your own body will usually tell you how much you need. For me is all lights out including any alarms, devices or appliances, that means total darkness and blessed SILENCE, crispy clean bed coverings and wear. The enviroment must be a cool controlled 68 degrees, (20°C × 9/5) + 32 = 68°F),
and heads will roll if I am woken abruptly or bothered before I am ready (unless that red phone rings...then it means crap has hit the fan anyway... so bad sleep is expected). Yes, and there better be a cool fresh fruit juice ready and waiting when I move to my apres-le-sommeil divan as my first drink of the day..coffee is for peasants...
