I nearly do not get the amount of sleep I would love to have. I am a very very light sleeper and on most days survive on 4-5 hours of sleep.

Sometimes I sleep for 9/10 hours on a day after 4 days of 5 hour sleep days

billi_bangalan and priya185 sleep 10 hours a day. They are married. They love sleeping even more than me. Sleep is a wonderful gift given by God to human beings only. We should cherish sleep. You should also try sleeping 24 hours a day sometimes. Sleep period needs to be made mandatory in schools and colleges. We love you sleep. Bless you sleep.

There was a time when I didn't used to sleep for straight whole week because of severe depression

But now I sleep for 4 - 5 hours minimum

And I m not married 🤣🤣🤣

Usually I take 7-9 hours sleep. But i can't sleep instantly while watching tv or browsing on mobile. It took me atleast 15-20 mins to get into deep sleep.
