I see a lot of well read members here who have interest and knowledge in various diverse topics..so i was wondering if someone could help me with this little problem I'm having....

So for the past few months I'm having trouble sleeping due to a certain kind of repetitive dreams I'm having...and i usually tend to wake up at around 2:30 or around 4 to 4:30 in the morning.

So in my dreams I'm usually lost in a place and looking for my way out. It could be anything like a buliding, city, set of rooms or even a ship. OR I see that i have lost something of mine and I'm searching for it ...but in vain. And I keep wandering and searching frantically in my dream and then wake up with a bit of panic and subsequent relief that it was just a dream ...

It's nothing serious but since it has been going on for so long it's kinda bothering me now...

Any thoughts on this?

Solve your real life problem dream will resolve itself.

Dream are just manifestation of your mind worried/thinking about the issues you are having in life , find what causing you trouble and resolve it , dreams would get better.

My thoughts are:

Before going to sleep, put your headphones on and listen to the audio clip of Annelise Michel’s exorcism. That way, you can manifest her into your dreams and you’ll no longer have to deal with being lost in a place alone. ❤️

This is totally from my own head and not from google at all. I totally am not copying and pasting the following:

"if you find yourself lost and floating without a destination, that could signify your lack of direction in life. You may feel like you are overwhelmed or in a place in your life that you do not want to be in"

Then instead of waking up at 2:30 am, he would start waking up at 3 am instead #JustPossessedThings❤️

Maybe you are getting a lot of "feeling alone, find yourself a friend" Type of messages and it's affecting you psychologically🤔

It sounds like anxiety to me, either due to a real life situation you might be in or something you might be turning over in your mind, without so much as an actual step to resolve it.

So that feeling of wanting an out of something difficult carries itself to your subconscious and on to your dreams. That's my interpretation anyway.

I used to get nightmares of apocalypse, tsunamis, and a whole host of absolutely terrifying nightmares when I was going through one of my most difficult phases a couple years back. They were recurring dreams with the same theme, same place and location too at times that evoked the same terrifying feeling of complete powerlessness and terror.

They were bad enough for me to not wanna go back to sleep cuz the "experience" was too debilitating. The feelings were very much real, just like one would feel if they saw everything around them crumble in front of their own two eyes, without no power to save themselves and people they love... or do anything at all to put an end to it.

If I don't get those nightmares now (thankfully, touchwood), it's because I overcame that phase and I hope to God it never returns.
