As a whole, it seems as if her whole move back to India to continue working was rather unsuccessful. Might have been better if she stayed in the USA and came back to do a movie every few years.

But she has been working continuously since her return..successful or not, she hasn't been jobless

hows that more successful than what is she doing right now?? She has been judging reality shows/ doing movies and working nonstop. That is a success.

There is a point of overexposure if you are seen on tv everyday no one waits or is eager to see your movie!

The thread is about that particular project, not about Madhuri's post-US career, but of course it's always open season for Madhuri on this forum. But by all means, feel free to blame Madhuri for how film industry in India works, and express fake concerns/wonder why a 55-year-old actress in Bollywood gets fewer movies.

If they're lucky and very talented, something like an English Vinglish might happen, but even that happens only once in a lifetime, it seems
