How did Sanjay Dutt's cancer get cured? AFAIK he was suffering from Stage 4 Lung cancer which is one of the most deadly form of cancer and currently there is no cure for it. Just after a few months of getting diagnosed he announced that he is cancer free. Its a bit difficult for me to digest. Was it a publicity stunt for Sadak 2?

I think so 😂 He died in Sadak 2 and makers wanted to draw parallels between reel and real😂

Lung cancer isn’t as aggressive as pancreatic cancer though. There are drugs that can extend survival by at least 5 years. At least that was the case 6 years ago. There are probably even better drugs in the market now. That would be my guess

Sanjay Dutt coming back "recovered" from Stage 4 lung cancer within three months has be astounded too!!! A lot of it is about luck too i guess..... location of the cancer, where it had spread, etc. But still .... it's nothing short of a miracle.

I mean it must have been detected early on, followed by putting him on top-class treatment as soon as possible, plus he's only in his early 60s which is actually not that old, so I don't think it's that much of a mystery.
