HAHK was good as a fam entertainer with good songs and ensemble cast.

Apart from that from the 'wanted' era I feel he is repeating the same Radhe performance with a tad bit changes in character (BB is an exception)

However it's my opinion as I see many ppl still like his movies and I respect that but for me it's basically his personality that was a turn off so much so I stopped watching his movies altogether.

Regarding Tere Naam I felt he really acted in the movie and I don't think it's like KS which was a total A- grade trash..

Here Nirjara raised her voice against Radhe, hated him for being a Gunda and had an opinion and Radhe wasn't complete scumbag unlike KS who was downright pathetic and horrible with every relationship in his life.

He has done some problematic stuff off screen but not enough for me to not watch his movies honestly (more like I stop watching them because they are shit, couldn't finish Radhe).

His performance in Tere Naam was good but the movie was rather depressing but I haven't watched it in a long time. Just remember his relationship with the female character being off putting and in general the story just being weird. May have to rewatch it. Worst part with KS was that he was glorified and got a happy ending, zero consequences. Meanwhile in Tere Naam he actually suffered a lot, too much even.

To me only bhai matters lol others are irrelevant

I think he created a formula and rinse and repeated it so many times that now it had become stale and sooo boring. Yep I agree about liking an actor for his performance rather than his personal life, for me there was too much of exposure and it's not only him but I don't watch any bolly movie except for few which interest me.

I hope he makes good movies like BB for the sake of his fans especially I know many kids are his fans.

Tere Naam sigh! the movie was really depressing it broke my heart on my first watch I was in 6th grade... Especially the scenes where Nirjara comes to see him while he is asleep and goes back, he wakes up tries to stop her but is locked up, tries to call her but all the other patients around him bang their plates making noise, he cries in so much pain... 😭 the pain is still the same I watched after so many years.

KS is utter trash, he didn't deserve happy ending but to move on and improve himself. I don't have any problem the way he treats priety coz she deserves it she is equally toxic like him. My problem was the way he treated all the other females around him as if they were like objects. He was sooo toxic neither a good son, bro or friend nor a good doc. In other words he is a sociopath and should have end up in some asylum.

I used to adore Salman after watching MPK and HDDCS and then he went into a crazy tailspin and turned into this gunda of the industry everyone feared. I don't fault you cuz my feminism kicked in much later in the game too. I couldn't understand why she couldn't forgive him and they had all these Tere Naam songs playing on repeat with Salman shedding tears (for Aishwarya) on all those desi news channels my mom used to watch, my bleeding heart could only take so much. >.< Thank god I grew out of that.

Shabd was one weird movie with Sanjay Dutt and Aishwarya pairing. It felt like heaviness in throat when I was in school early teenage years seeing those trailers and songs.
