They have all the money in the world not for good tasting food but good instructors dieticians and those personally designed meal plans, and once in a while for those expensive restaurants like yautcha and bastian.


Even if they get to eat nice food once in a while they have to kill themselves in the gym and the actors and actresses who are more prone to weight gain have to be more strict.


There is a whole interview of Dr Sid Bhargava with Haroon from BBC on youtube on the things these actors and models do to lose weight.

Yes true. I too have seen her IVs where co colleagues & co-stars are making fun of her for just not eating! She showed her plate & the portion size was tinyy! She in particular doesn’t eat at all I feel.

I saw one video of Ananya where she said that she doesn't have rice and is allergic to rice, potato and tea.🤣 I remember it vividly cuz rice is such a staple part of Indian diet and can't imagine day without it. So maybe that is the secret to her slender figure.😆

They have their personal chefs making them boiled stuff and salads all the time + working out daily .


It’s a sad life really coz eating is a huge part of our lives and to be on a diet constantly is actually very pitiful !

I think Ash and Bebo are 1 of the few mainstream actresses who actually eat .

Looking at some of the K actresses' non-existent waists, I read about their diets... they eat one apple for breakfast, one sweet potato for lunch and one bowl of salad for dinner... I wonder how they get energy for the shoots...

They are neurotic abt diet and excercise coz the camera shows even the slightest of inches gained

I think on most days when they aren’t going shirtless/ barring midriff/wearing bikinis or short , fitted dresses..they eat balanced healthy meals including carbs

But when there is a shoot that requires them to do any of the above things, they apparently cut out salt and carbs 2 weeks ahead and consume only boiled chicken breast / fish / eggs and low cal veggies like broccoli and asparagus…apparently they get a headache from this diet so as soon as the “body shots” are done they go back to eating normally …and back to maintaining a normal weight

Ummm I remember when I was obsessed for being 45 kg i did this myself. I used to eat apples only for 2/3 days which gave me low BP and headache. Craving for food and not getting to eat is the worst feeling 🥱


As for these actresses, i always wondered don’t they get headaches and low Bp because of the extreme diets they follow

Alia's two cooking videos on YouTube for example gave me depression because the food items looked so flavourless and unappetising 🤔


Then there is this Instagram video of Katrina having a spoon of yoghurt or something and everyone around her teasing her as if she is consuming some high calorie junk. Makes me think her usual diet must be even more boring. 😳


And I am sure actresses like Bhumi and Parineeti who have a naturally heavier build must be having only peanuts for breakfast, lunch and dinner just to fit into the skinny heroine mould.


Also today's actresses work out wayy too much. And I am not really a fan of such a lifestyle because humans have not evolved to exercise like that. Engaging in sports and remaining physically active is one thing, but this obsession with gym routines, fad diets and toned muscles takes away quite a bit of that natural beauty the human physique is supposed to possess. And this goes for both actors and actresses.

Yeah I’ve remember seeing that Vlog, where she said she used to eat beetroot salad everyday. That salad was so blah😵 Also she made that zucchini sabzi which was very unappetising.
