The moment I realised how calories in calories out worked, I realised my whole life was a lie.😆99% of these diets are total fads and yes, (whilst I wouldn’t advise it), you can 100% lose weight on a carb only diet. Hence why I don’t understand why these actresses go to such extreme lengths to stay fit and eat only healthy looking boring salads.
Daal chawal is healthy and not that high in calories with the right portion. Bekaar mein naam kharab hai.
