Yeah. In yesteryears, kings and princes slept with courtesans all the time. Queens and princesses didn't have any issue with that. It's a similar situation with these star-wives. They're the, "Queen," and the women their husbands sleep with are, "dasis," for them.

Bollywood folks pretend to be all woke, for women empowerment and stuff, but infidelity is common in these circles. It's not even cheating. They have an agreement in place. WAGs don't consider physical cheating as cheating as long as they remain loyal to them emotionally.

Producers, actors, directors, investors, etc. are well known to have flings with actresses and models. It's an accepted situation.

Top filmmakers are loaded. They have huge investments in the stock market and real estate. For example, Kajol could get pissed off. She could travel to Monaco for a retreat and spend $300k in a week to "rejuvenate herself." Ajay will pay for that to keep his wife happy.

If Kajol divorces Ajay, she would have her settlement but she wouldn't be able to spend as much because she wouldn't earn as much.

These things are normal in "high circles" of Bollywood and amongst the wealthy.

Marriage is a contract in these circles. Think about it: how many actresses have ended up with cinematographers, editors, or ADs? If love was all that it's claimed to be, you'd think some would have married such folks, no?

It's such a sad state of affairs though. It still gets me baffled that how could people be okay with things like cheating, flings etc. no matter how rich they are. Humans are emotional beings after all. But then again I don't know the functioning of these "elite" and "high circles" of glamour world, most of these people pretend to be someone/something they are not It's such a superficial industry full of d*ckheads so one shouldn't be surprised I guess.

Poor and middle class people cheat as well - they just do it with less glamorous people in less glamorous settings. And without the media to report on it If they they don't cheat with as many partners it's usually because they don't have as many opportunities or choice. It's not because they're inherently more moral or ethical or that their marriages are stronger or better.
