We do know because:

a) Everyone from The Forensic department of the CBI to the AIMMS has said its a "Suicide".

b) The 3 APEX agencies of India that have never together worked on a case until now have not been able to come up with a single solid "Clue" to even bring Murder into question. The CBI even refuses to officially register this case as a "Murder Investigation" even after desperate pleas from the Family's Lawyer.

I'm not sure why you think both scenarios are equally likely...maybe you don't know much about the case to come to this conclusion.

It was an open and shut case. Nobody had entered the building or his apartment. There were no marks of struggle on his body. There were toxicology reports done to know if there was any chemical running through his body. He was being treated for psychological disorders for years and had several doctors for it over time.

He committed suicide. A lot of depressed people did during the lockdown because it created immense pressure and loneliness and made it difficult to get drugs which would have exacerbated withdrawal symptoms.

It was TV channels that thrive on making conspiracies and creating controversies that spread all kinds of fake news and twisted and manipulated small things to get the audience's attention. It was them that created this mess.

Exactly, It's the other way around. This case was the perfect diversion that the Center needed during its lean period. No wonder then, all the major agencies were put to task to unravel this "mystery" that never was along with the Pro-Gov News channels like Republic, Times Now & not to forget the Paid Social Media cells. It worked out for the Center but it's a complete failure for the "Agencies" that haven't been able to come up with a single charge against the "Prime Accused". The desperation was on full display when they tried to stick a "Marijuana" charge on Rhea which was laughed out in court.

Like you said, it worked out for them because it gave bored people a big diversion during the pandemic. Entertainment is always more fun than worrying about COVID and their jobs and the government's response to the virus.

Average people have all moved on and they are not even asking any questions from the agencies so the government has won in their silly tactics. It's only a minuscule dedicated bunch online who are obsessed with this and keep doing planned trends on Twitter everyday. They are like the desi version of Pizzagate or people who think the moon landing for fake or that 9/11 was an inside job.

I have been doing research about his death as i am writing an article. We all have to agree that some Bollywood people bully and made fun of him. If SRK post quotes Bollywood journalist would call him intelligent but when SSR posted quotes he was called a wannabe. He was made into a rapist because of Metoo allegations by Sanjana.

His name was mentioned in every koffee with Karan episode but he was never invited. They only made fun of him. Sonam Kapoor said he is not hot have she looked at her husband? Is he hot or his bank account balance is hot?

Even Kartik Aryan was laughing when Kriti was giving her answer, but when Karan Johar played dirty with him, was he laughing then? The public stood by him and supported him.

His own co stars like kriti and sara made fun of him on koffee with karan then after his death they pretended to be goody two shoes. They went vacations on his money. Private jets and luxury hotel rooms were booked.

Ex girlfriend used his death to come back into the limelight and Ekta Kapoor did a show for her and also had a pavitra rishta fund for mental health. Which was disgusting

What made him commit suicide we can never know. But we all know that being bully by majority of bollywood people can have a bad impact.

Our good and bad things are our karma. If a person is not punished by law, but how is that person going to escape God.

It was just a suicide, nothing more, nothing less. Not like he was only one to take this drastic step, there were many suicide cases reported during lock down, but no one bothered to write sob stories and conspiracy theories. It's like if you are not famous, your depression is not important. If they wanted to talk about his death, it was an opportunity to make people aware about mental health problems, but they made a Z-grade horror episodic series to save the a** of center government from failure in a state and not to talk about the base and real issues.

If you believe all baseless theories planted by janson wali rani and that 'mujhe drugs do' fame barking machine, you have to believe Rhea killed him without getting inside his apartment, it was planned by Deepika and Sara to get some maal, produced by Kjo-Alia because they can't stand an outsider. AND it was live stream murder because SRK and Salman were watching sitting at their place with a glass of beer and getting sadistic pleasure.

Guys move on. Let him rest in peace.
