Why is THIS age-gap not being discussed?

Nupur is only 25, while Akshay is soon going to be 54. I mean this is as bad as Sallu (55) and Disha's pairing (29) from Radhe.

The audiences went out of their way to troll Sallu and Disha's pairing (deservedly so) then why is this pairing is being spared? Just because the song is nice ... ??👎🏼

I like Akshay but it's about damn time he started doing age-appropriate roles. This CGI face is just not working for me...

The age-gap between actors and actresses is increasing year by year, and it has gone to the point where it is downright disgusting.🤢

I mean what's going to be next?
Akshay to star opposite Harshali Malohotra OR Aradhya Bacchan in next few years???🤪

Meanwhile people loose their sh** just at the possibility of an actress like Vidya Balan starring opposite an actor who could be a few years younger.

Still remember how Kareena was called "too old" when she was cast opposite Arjun Kapoor in Ki and Ka.🤪 And don't even get me started on how brutally Priyanka-Nick's pairing is made fun off on SM.

These are some real eye-rolling moments for me, precisely because of the hypocrisy of the audience.

I will never understand....why do we even discuss age gap in something called ACTING.....yea I can understand people being frustrated that ..they don't look compatible,....but what is this ki age difference jyada hai....toh they can't romance on screen???

A lot of us dragged Akshay for it when this came out. Their age difference was very obvious in the first music video . None of the older actors look young anymore to be paired opposite much younger actresses.

Because you've got to stop at some point. I am ALSO questioning the hypocrisy of the audience because they certainly don't spare the pairing when the actress is older.

It's fine when the story demands it (like De Dana Dan, Cheeni Kum etc.) But 50+ year old actors passing off as 20 somethings, to romance younger actresses is downright creepy.

The age-gap has increased from 10-15 years to more than 25 now. And its not even "acting" anymore because CGI is doing the most work here.

Guess people would be okay with Akshay romancing Aradhya or Harshali in a few years., because....acting hai.🤔

Yes. Akshay, Salman etc don't even the look the part anymore. They've started using CGI now to hide their age.

Now where are those people who had problem with Taapse/Bhumi playing older women in Saand Ki Aankh?

as long as they are acting and Harshaali and Aradhya are OK with it....waise toh phir kuchh bhi acceptable nahi hona chahiye...SRK as a creepy stalker in Anjaam and Darr...should be equally or even more disgusting....nahi...real life and reel life...are different....

I understand that people can crib that their age difference shows on screen and they don't look like lovers....but if they do...then what is our problem.....Do married actors ...romancing on screen or making love on screen disgust you?? Probably the scene might but the actors...not right?? why can't age difference be taken in the same way??
