It's tough when parents can't live peacefully with you despite you craving harmony in every circumstance. I'd suggest you move out and live somewhere else.

I was doing just that. But covid threw a spanner in my plans. Started living at home again since the lockdown started... And work from home became the norm.

Now i no longer need to stay near my office.

Anyway I've made my peace with it now. It doesn't bother me much.

Hmm, that's good for you. Although I imagine living with an emotionally abusive parent can take a toll on your mental health.

I end it as soon as I notice red flags, Life is too short to give people 2nd chances when there are about 4B of them

My hubby is literally obsessed with his elder brother. He shares everything with him. He is also obsessed with his wife and kid. I sometimes feel like a third wheel in my own marriage. 😭

I resolve to ghosting when I feel that a relationship has run its course or turned toxic. The red flag usually is when I start dreading the phone calls.

I know ghosting isn't right but somehow that has always been my last resort.

You can still deal with phone calls. It literally becomes impossible to escape from people whom you are forced to live everyday. You cannot eat or sleep as per your requirement. You have to live your life accordingly.

No , I cut off toxic ppl , not worthy of my time .

I’m currently in a toxic relationship 😆😆

But it’s nothing that can’t be rectified 😆
