How come Mahesh Bhatt has so much clout? And why? Every BW scandal has some bhatt connection. 🤷‍♀️

Is he in their payroll or informant or something...

I thought it would against the rules to leak sensitive information to a civilian and here DGP Maria calls him first, even before letting the crime branch or Gulshan Kumar know
