might be someone was jelous of nadeem shravan popularity with the rise of t series , ek teer se do shikaar , murder of gulshan kumar accused nadeem saifi for it , ( i also sense the sense of discrimination him being muslim got into it, as shravan being non muslim was safe, nadeem himself somewhere said this point of hindu muslim thing) ........murder of gulshan kumar and decline of nadeem shravan who were the beneficeires of these 2 event who knows

Not sure but mumbai police had information about it beforehand, but they made a mistake and inform mahesh bhatt regarding it and told him to tell gulshan to not step out of the house but he still did.

The only reason of his murder is, he reached great heights of success.

Why did DGP Maria inform Mahesh Bhatt in the first place?

He gets a tip about a plan to murder Gulshan outside Shiv Mandir and the first thing he does is to call Bhatt and tell him about it?

It doesn't add up, or maybe the article leaves out some details

Gulshan lived in Mumbai so shouldn’t Mumbai police give him the protection..
