I think he is very insecure about his career. In spite of being the son of the biggest superstar in India and the husband of former miss world, he is a failure. I remember long time ago he went to CNWK to promote HNY.. there a man asked him how he felt about being the husband of THE ASWARIYA RAI BACCHAN . He got so pissed that he repeatedly called the guy on stage to humiliate him, however it backfired.. every time the guy shocked him with his amazing skills. Poor bacchan jr... overshadowed by him successful father and wife

Abhishek knew what he meant so playing around with him is mean. Having said that these kind of questions are so stupid and unnecessary to begin with. There is more to being an actor than being a "solo male lead".

He could have gave an answer like when the right script comes along ! Instead of dragging a simple question and making a fool of himself

He tried to be funny and witty and fell flat on his face..made a total fool of himself..

He is a good actor but the success of his father overshadows him...also its wrong of him to have made fun of the jounalist...he could have been honest enough to say i have no projects in hand...many actors had said it...he has a huge ego
