Although her Bollywood debut in Barfi was lovely, I still thought she didn't deserve the Best Debut award not to mention Supporting Actress nominations. I'd have given it to Yami Gautan for Vicky Donor. Huma Qureshi was also very good that year. It's crazy how Alia Bhatt also debuted in 2012 and was last in the race but now she's 10,0000 miles ahead of them all.

And OMG next year will mark 10 YEARS since they all debuted 😵

She was a top star in Telugu industry.. but she left everything for her boyfriend and shifted to US. That's what by choice she did not use her star power to make it big. She left films when she was at her peak...

After her breakup of 10 years live-in relationship, she now started her career again from 0.

I always liked her .. still like to see her on-screen ..

Yami apparently has 8 films in her hands and among which some of them she is leading on her shoulders. Which is a good way forward. Probably only one of the 2012 batch who is doing well apart from Alia

That's sad. No matter how successful and strong some women appear, it's amazing how they still give up the best years of their lives and opportunities for their boyfriend/husband only to regret later after the relationship ends. If you're giving up so much to begin with, the relationship probably isn't worth it.
